How to make a little origami person to be used as a gameboard piece?

I saw a picture once in a book about how to make a simply person using origami, i believe there were a small and tall variety. I want to make pieces for my warcraft-themed boardgame and I think origami people would be the easiest to make. I'd like a tall version and a small version so dwarfs dont end up looking like humans with beards.
