Origami

what is the relation between origami and design buildings?

I am an architect and I like very much to make origami . And you know there are many geometrical formulas in making an origami. What I want to know is if I can use origami forms in design a building. what is the relation between origami and design buildings? would you please help me? Thanks alot.
