How would you explain these steps in geometric terms and symbols?

I am doing this for a geometry project. I need to make an origami and write down the steps in geometric terms and symbols. These are the steps of the origami that i made is on this website http://www.origami-club.com/en/ Go to the left side and click on "EASY ORIGAMI" and then click on dog(face) There should be two buttons, Anime and diagram Diagram is the one with directions please help,

1. I think by "write down the steps in geometric terms and symbols", your teacher probably means to write down a diagram like the one you see on the "diagram" page, complete with pictures and words like "fold".
